Fees

Kidz 'N Motion Occupational Therapy, PLLC is a private pay company. We do not currently bill through insurance. Please see below for the current fees:

Individualized treatment- $89 per session

Initial evaluation (occurs once)- $250

1 year re-evaluation (occurs yearly)- $200

All payments will be processed at the conclusion of each therapy session through Stripe via credit card transactions. HSA card transactions are also permissible. All clients will receive automated monthly super bills through the client portal. You can submit these super bills to your insurance company to be reimbursed for services. Please see below for information on how to submit super bills for reimbursement based on your insurance company.

*Please note that Kidz 'N Motion Occupational Therapy, PLLC cannot guarantee reimbursement for services, as it is insurance and policy dependent.

*North Carolina is a direct access state, which means that all occupational therapy services can be completed without the need for a physician's referral or prescription. However, some insurance companies require a physician's referral for reimbursement purposes. Please check with your insurance company for details.
